- Service Fulfillment
Once a service agreement is made and payment is received, we will begin fulfilling the services outlined in your contract. Our process includes, but is not limited to:
– Consultation & Strategy Development:
We will conduct an initial consultation to understand your business needs and objectives. Based on this, we will create a customized marketing strategy tailored to your goals.
– Execution of Services:
The execution of services, such as paid ad campaigns, content creation, SEO, or other digital marketing initiatives, will begin as per the timeline agreed upon in your service agreement.
– Timelines:
Typical project timelines will vary based on the scope of services and the complexity of the campaign. You will be provided with a detailed timeline once we finalize the strategy and deliverables.
– SEO Services: 5 months for noticeable results.
– PPC Campaigns: 20 business days for campaign setup and launch.
– Content Creation: 10 business days for creation and approval.
- Client Collaboration
To ensure the success of your digital marketing campaign, we require ongoing collaboration, including:
– Client Feedback:
We may request feedback or approval on content, designs, or campaign strategies. Prompt responses are crucial for meeting deadlines.
– Access to Necessary Accounts:
You may be required to provide access to certain platforms (such as Google Analytics, social media accounts, or your website’s backend) to enable us to deliver services effectively.
- Revisions and Adjustments
We understand that flexibility is essential in digital marketing, so we offer revisions on campaign elements, as outlined in your service agreement:
– Content & Design:
You will be entitled to 2 rounds of revisions for content, ads, or design elements. Additional revisions will be subject to additional fees.
– Strategy Adjustments:
Any significant changes to the agreed-upon strategy may require an updated timeline and additional fees. We will discuss any required adjustments with you before proceeding.
- Reporting & Communication
– Progress Reports:
You will receive regular updates on your campaign’s progress, including performance metrics, results, and insights. Reports are typically provided on a weekly basis, depending on the services you’ve opted for.
– Communication Channels:

- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Given the nature of our services, we have specific terms for cancellations and refunds:
– Cancellation:
You may cancel your service agreement at any time by providing written notice 60 days in advance. Please note that any work already completed will be billed accordingly.
– Refunds:
As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.
- Payment Terms
Payment is required upfront for all services unless otherwise specified in your contract. We accept payment through credit card. Delayed payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
- Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about the services delivered, please reach out to us within 60 days of the completion of the service. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and ensuring customer satisfaction.
